I am trying to use dynamic layers to restyle some data from the USA national map server. Here is a tile call without dynamic layers. This call works fine.
https://carto.nationalmap.gov/arcgis/rest/services/transportation/MapServer/export?bbox=-13524806.00...
And here is the same call with dynamic layers. The server responds "Bad request".

Is it me? Is it the server? Can anyone shed light?
