Unable to update attachment from ArcGISPRO

I tried to update an attachment of the feature with another attachment using ARCGIS PRO 2.7. Howerver, It is not working as expected. I can see the new attachment in the arcgis pro. However, When I use queryAttachment, it gives me the old attachment only. Does someone face the same issue?

Have you checked ReplaceAttachments sample on Esri ArcGIS Pro SDK Community samples?
