Programmatically adding system tool buttons to AddIn toolbar

Is there a way to add ArcPro system buttons programmatically to an AddIn toolbar alongside our custom commands? For instance, the 'Select By Attributes' command/button or the Editing tools from the Edit toolbar?

I know the analyst can do this via "Customize the Ribbon", but we would like to avoid that if possible.
