Odd Attribute Editor Behavior

I activated the attributes pane and the fields and values are in the wrong grid columns.

var edits = FrameworkApplication.DockPaneManager.Find("esri_editing_AttributesDockPane");

edits.Activate(true);

Is this a known bug? I also can't drag the column divider to make it larger
