Login account for ArcSDE server no longer valid?

Hi all,

I'm using a ConnectionProperties object to access our ArcSDE server. The code ran fine last week, we made no changes to the credentials required, and all of a sudden today I'm getting an error in VS saying that the login is invalid.

I've attached some images below. Any help is greatly appreciated.
