I have a user who has an issue with an addin I've created when trying to create features while using a self-hosted ArcGIS Portal.
When creating new features they appear in the backing enterprise geodatabase, but the features can never be queried or retrieved. I've tried multiple ways to get the edits to work and have come up with nothing. The user can see the features initially, but as soon as they refresh the map the features are gone and will not be accessible from anywhere outside of using a DBMS
I've tested using a portal I stood up myself and can't replicate the issue as everything all works for me. They are using an 11.2.0 Portal, 11.2.0 Server and a 10.9.1 Enterprise Geodatabase.
I should add that this is only showing when creating features through the Pro SDK, normal editing from ArcGIS Pro doesn’t show this behaviour for them. Its quite painful as any new features being created end up in a limbo where nothing has really happened.
I've recorded a video of this issue happening and attached it. Any help would be really appreciated.
