Hello,
I found what appears to be a display issue in ArcGIS Pro 3.6.1 Local Scene.
Steps to reproduce:
Expected behavior:
The imagery layer should be displayed immediately after the elevation source is added or removed.
Actual behavior:
Immediately after adding or removing the elevation source, only the blue ocean background is displayed. The imagery layer is not rendered.
If I simply zoom out using the mouse wheel, the imagery appears immediately. Pressing F5 does not resolve the issue.
Additional information:
Has anyone experienced the same issue?
Is this a known issue in ArcGIS Pro 3.6.1?
If so, has it already been fixed in a later 3.6.x patch (for example 3.6.4)?
Unfortunately, I cannot share the DEM because it belongs to my customer.
However, the issue is reproducible with a newly created project and the standard ArcGIS Pro UI.
Thank you.
Hello @rdc_hirohara , here is the ArcGIS Pro "Issues Addressed" list. And there are a lot of Bugs/Enh included. Even if you don't see your problem described, patching to ArcGIS Pro 3.6.4 would seem to be a sensible step anyway.

Hi Chris,
Thank you for your reply and for the suggestion.
I upgraded ArcGIS Pro from 3.6.1 to 3.6.4 and tested the same workflow again.
Unfortunately, the issue still occurs, even in a newly created ArcGIS Pro project without my SDK add-in.
After adding or removing an elevation source in a Local Scene, the map is not refreshed until I zoom in or out using the mouse wheel.
Therefore, the issue is reproducible in both ArcGIS Pro 3.6.1 and 3.6.4.
I'll also follow up with Esri Technical Support through my support case to determine whether this is a known bug.
Thank you again for your help.
