Working with SSURGO data - Soil Horizons

We want to tee up a map in our Enterprise Portal and click within that map and see the list of the soil horizons (see the image below). 

I am not very familiar with working with this data and we’re looking for easier instructions on how to accomplish what we’re trying to do as we’re struggling with following the several pages of documentation found on the USDA with all the key codes and combinations. We are looking for a more simplified instruction to accomplish showing a table like the one shown above as. We are working in Pro to tee up this data. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
