Why won't ArcGIS Pro recognise my UAV camera?

I am attempting to create an orthomosaic in ArcGIS using the Imagery & Orthomapping tools.

When I add my UAV-captured images to a new ortho mapping workspace, I am presented with the following warning errors:

Error: 8004206c: Failures reported while processing specified command item. [101]
Error: 80042019: Chained Error ID: 0X80042019
Error: 80042019: Could not build mosaic dataset item.
Error: 8004103f: Creation of frame camera model failed.

before the whole thing falls over with:

ERROR 999999: Something unexpected caused the tool to fail. Please refer to the error help for potential solutions, or contact Esri Technical Support http://esriurl.com/support.
Failed to execute (AddRastersToMosaicDataset).

What is causing this error? Could the problem  be that ArcGIS Pro does not have my camera model (FC300C) in it's database?

Thanks Dan, though so many unresolved threads...

Can this issue be resolved without switching to Drone2Map?
