In Arc Pro 1.3 I only have the freedom to place labels. 3D gives me a vertical label every time and won't move off the extruded point. I'm showing points extruded to 500m and then copying the same data in the Contents panel again with no colour and no extrusion just so I can label. But all options are grayed out except placement. I need to force all labels to show, and to offset.
Is there a way?
