Hi there, Until 3-4 days ago, I could use the application normally, but today, when I need to use it again, when I click on the application, a text like "Please wait while we gather information error" appears and then the error report sending screen appears. I am currently using the latest version, version 3.2.0.49743. I tried to solve the problem by completely deleting the application and reinstalling it or repairing the program, but I could not solve it. Also, I even downloaded the Microsoft.Net 8 version thinking it might solve the problem, but I couldn't. I would be glad if you help.

If possible, have you attempted to downgrade your Pro installation to 3.1 for testing purposes? Along with that, I'm not familiar with what pops up when you hit "Preview what you will send to Esri" but maybe that will show us some information regarding the exact error. At a point I had the same issue when I accidentally deleted a few corrupted rows, I had to downgrade, then install the upgrade and everything started working.

First of all, thank you for responding to my post, Cody. When I wanted to download ArcGIS Pro from ArcGIS Online, thinking that downgrading might be a solution, but there was only 3.2 version available. When I searched where I could download a lower version 3.1, I couldn't find any other way. Can you help me how can I download 3.1 version.

This image here may help, to download older versions, you will need to access the Downloads section of the My Esri site, if you do not have access, a supervisor or GIS administrator may be able to help:
When you select 3.1, view downloads and download the top ArcGIS Pro application, should be around 2.27 GB.

I'd recommend trying a soft reset of ArcGIS Pro following the instructions here. I've found this to help with many errors/issues in ArcGIS Pro.

Certainly! Maybe update the graphic card drivers on your PC OR maybe there was a new graphics card driver update that is causing the app to crash?
Have you installed additional extensions to your arcgis pro?
