In 2015 3DGISTeam created a set of 3D sample tools to use in ArcMap:

https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=fe221371b77940749ff96e90f2de3d10

Among them is a set of vegetation analysis tools which allow to calculate tree height, tree crown extent etc:

Can anybody please point me to a similar set of tools available in ArcGIS Pro?

Hi,

The ArcGIS Solution 3D Basemaps has a workflow for extracting trees from lidar data.

Tree location, size, and width can be extracted from ground classified lidar as point features. Tree point features are then symbolized using procedural rules and can be schematic or realistic. If trees are classified in the lidar, the quality of the tree extraction will improve.

Maybe it fits your needs?

It is a tool for ArcGIS Pro that is downloaded from ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise.
