I have cancelled ESLF xxxxxx on 2May2019 ArcGIS and extension. Upon created a new ESLF file it shows zero  available extensions. Will the available extensions be replenish after the cancellation process finish?

I have never had an unsatisfactory answer from our account manager regarding license issues. Your TAM will clear that up in 1 phone call.
