Hi everyone,
I'm encountering an issue when trying to share an APRX file as a PPKX file in ArcGIS Pro. After running for some time, the process fails with the following error message:
"ErrorMessage: An unexpected error has occurred when creating the package. Check your settings and try again."
Unfortunately, the log file does not provide any additional information to help identify the cause. I’ve attached the log file to this post in case anyone is able to interpret something I may have missed. I am running ArcGIS Pro 3.5.1, in case that matters. I had tried exporting the same project a couple of months ago in a different version, it hadn't worked then either.
I’ve tried the following:
- Running the Analyze tool before packaging — it shows no errors or warnings.
- Exporting other APRX projects as PPKX — these work without any issues.
- Repeating the process multiple times — the issue persists consistently with this specific project file.
Due to the lack of details in the error and the size/complexity of the project, it's impractical to manually check each layer one by one.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have suggestions on how to troubleshoot this further?
