Unable to get to login page of ArcGIS Pro even after I renewed my license

My ArcGIS for Personal Use license expired on 08/25/2023. I renewed my license on 08/27/2023, but when I launched the program, I received the message Screenshot 2023-08-27 194607.png

I reassigned each of the licenses for ArcGIS Pro extensions on ArcGIS Online, but the problem persists. I can't authorize the program with the in-app wizard, since I do not have an Authorization Number for a single-use license.

FYI, my desktop ArcGIS Pro's version is 3.1.3.
