I was trying out the Import Associations tool to update Structural Attachment in one of the existing GIS features on my map. I made an input csv file with one record for this specific feature.

When I use the tool, it throws an error that says duplicate associations, and that the associations I am trying to make already exists, but the GLOBALIDs in the error log are not the same as the GLOBALIDs in my input csv file.

Anyone encountered the same issue? I don't know where I went wrong with just 1 record in my csv file.

I am using ArcGIS Pro 3.1.3, if that helps.

Solved.

Apparently our existing data in UN had 3 instances of duplicate associations, independent of the csv import files. The duplicate associations had to be deleted before running the Import Associations tool, and it completed successfully.
