Trouble appending to a feature on a network

Hi!

I have created a template for ArcGIS Pro users at my company to use for mapping certain records. They will work on the project on their desktop, but I have made an automation using the Model Builder that appends a certain boundary they draw to a feature that is located on our network drive. I have it mapped like this:

\\CompanyName.local\root\corporate\trsry\Real Estate\Environmental\! Group Share\ArcGIS\Map of Record\20241118 Map of Record.gdb\SSPoints

This automation works until I shut my computer down and restart it the next day (and connect to VPN). It then gives me the following error:

The value does not exist.
ERROR 000732: Target Dataset: Dataset \\CompanyName.local\root\corporate\trsry\Real Estate\Environmental\! Group Share\20241118 Map of Record\20241118 Map of Record.gdb\SSPoints does not exist or is not supported
The value does not exist.

The automation then works if I open it up again in Model Builder, and double click on the Target Feature, close out and save. It is almost like I have to map the automation again to the network for it to work.

Does anyone know how to fix this so that I don't have to do this every time? I have included a picture of my model.
