Traverse Angle lines

Does anyone know how to get rid of the angle lines that are white and the black boxed numbers in traverse.  I have been using traverse for the past 2 months and they were not there and they just appeared randomly.  I don't know what I did to turn this on. It is not a big deal, it just annoys me having it there.

Also It is not just in Traverse it is also when I just create a polygon.

Figured it out.  If someone needs Edit --> Settings---> Constraints---> uncheck Shown on screen constraints in the map.
