I am using ArcPro 3.1.3. The goal is to extract and compare erosion profiles along the edge of an estuary. The stack profile tool ONLY starts at the first cell where there is data and skips over all NaN fields. I am searching for tool that starts from the beginning of the line as 0, and if there is no data returns a NaN. The Stack Profile tool returns NONphysical data because it shifts the profiles in X until it hits an elevation.
This critical function was easily accomplished in ArcMap using 3D Analyst->functional surface->interpolate shape which was then exported to a text. Now interpolate shape pulls from a general NED data NOT the DEMs that you used to interpolate shape.
