Tiled Imagery Layer only displays in Map Viewer, unable to view layer in ArcGIS Pro??

I have a dataset of approximately 228 height images, it's about 2.7GB in size.  I've created a hosted tiled imagery layer from the data which I can open and view in arcgis online map viewer but when I add it to arcpro all of the pixels which should have elevation values have a value of NoData, I have disabled the scale range of the layer but it still will not display. The tiled layer is only 1kb in size and has an image count of just 1 which is unusual.

I've created a dynamic image collection layer as a test and it works fine, I can view it in arcpro but we do not need the capabilities of the dynamic layer and I would prefer to stick with the tiled layer.

Does anyone know why I cannot see the tiled imagery layer in ArcGIS pro?  Should I be able to view it in arcgis pro or are tiled layers only viewable in arcgis online?

Hello,

I'm not sure why it doesn't work but I have the same issue (3.2.1). The only workaround I have found it to create a hosted tile imagery layer and set the properties to use JPEG compression instead of LERC. With that configuration a WMTS is created.  In Pro I then add a connection to the WMTS server. The data appear in Pro for me using that workflow. Not ideal but it works at the moment. Maybe upgrading to the most recent version of Pro resolves the issue?
