When creating an OD Cost Matrix layer using GTFS, the lines in the matrices show the same result in the Total_PublicTransitTime column, even after changing the number of stops, stop_times texts, and making other modifications to the GTFS files.
My version of ArcGIS Pro is 3.3.0.
