The Enterprise Geodatabase created by ArcGIS10.2 and PostgreSQL9.2 can't be connected in ArcGIS Pro2.6, but it can be connected in ArcGIS Pro2.5.

Looking at the docs, Postgres 9.2.x has not been supported for a while. You also should look at upgrading your Postgres Enterprise Geodatabase as 10.2.x is no longer supported as of July 2019.
