Symbology not drawing properly for hosted view in ArcGIS Pro

I have created a hosted view in AGOL, using the Join Features analysis as described in this post: https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/product/mapping/visualizing-related-data-with-join-feature...

This hosted view joins address points to parcels. Since there could be multiple address points associated with one parcel, the join was created using join 1 to 1 and adding statistics to retain information I need.

The purpose of this hosted view is to colour code the parcels automatically when user enters information to the address points layer. I set up the symbology of this hosted view layer using an Arcade expression, similar to described in this post: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-pro-questions/make-field-value-change-if-value-changes-in/td-p/...

Now it works perfectly fine in AGOL when I view it in Map Viewer, that when I update feature values in address points layer, the visualization of the parcels in the hosted view updates as well (not immediately though, some zooming in and out to force refreshing which is annoying). BUT!! When I add this hosted view to ArcGIS Pro project, it does not draw the colours according to the symbology, but only draws one colour!! See screenshot that illustrates what I see in AGOL vs ArcGIS Pro.
