I changed my profile email address through the Esri Community. After the update, I receive errors every time I work on GIS Pro 2.9.1. The error is associated with changing symbology. The software stops working after the error. I sent several error messages to check. However, there is no reply!!
Can anyone help?

When I received the undeliverable errors, I tried to send multiple files.
It has just worked with one file, and I received an automatic reply: "Thank you for your email. If you attached a .dmp file, we have received it and it will be analyzed..."
I will send other reports in separate emails as well.

Thank you for doing so @SalahAjjur ! Yes, moving forward, just submit one crash dump file at a time through the email alias. Multiple files can be a bit too large to pass over email.
I also saw another Esri Community post Pro 2.9.2 crashing when clicking on a symbol or opening the symbology window discussing this issue. This is related to a .NET Framework update that Windows pushed out, but it only affects Pro 2.8 or 2.9. You can upgrade to 3.0 if you desire, or uninstalling the operating system patch in question. The latter is not ideal, and may not be possible unless you have administrator rights to your machine.
