Symbolize polygons as wetland plant symbols

I have a wetland polygon FGDB FC in ArcGIS Pro 3.0.2.

I want to symbolize the polygons as wetland plant symbols (no solid fill).

Like this:

How can I use or create a symbol like that?

I'm new to symbology in ArcGIS Pro. For other layers, I've seen a Gallery tab. But I don't see that option for this layer.

There is no "reset".  

Terminology differences perhaps  "wetland" vs "swamp"

The safest is to "save as layer" file for critical symbology, to keep a record of the original
