Strip Map Index Features / Calculate Adjacent Fields: Top, Right, Bottom, Left Page Calculation

ArcGIS Pro has a tool called Strip Map Index Features that generates polygons along linear features and adds several fields identifying adjacent features - both cardinally (N, NE, E, SE , S, SW, W, NW) and relatively (Top, Right, Bottom, Left).

I'm trying to reproduce the adjacent features calculation, but am struggling with the relative directions (Top, Right, Bottom, Left). I'm using Calculate Adjacent Fields to calculate the cardinal fields. I've produced simple calculations to take the polygon's main angle and pass the corresponding cardinal field value, but they're not as robust as the ones used in Strip Map Index Features.

Does anyone at Esri have the Strip Map Index Features relative directions field calculations?
