We are a small organization. Recently our planner wants to have a basic base map with parcels and zoning He wants to add notes to these parcels for instance development agreements. He wants others with access to see these notes as well. Do any of you have any ideas of what can be done to make this solution for him. We have arcgis online users. I was thinking a basemap with these features and adding a notes layer but I wanted to check and see if anyone else had something like this.
