Sharing arcigs pro map stuck on rendering

Hi all, a coworker shared a map as a map layer package and the map is currently stuck. He's done it a bunch of times before, but i think it's due to the new install. Wondering what's going on or how to fix it. any advice? thanks!

Was the shortcut used from the ribbon?

or the more controlled tool?

Did the analyze step get reached if using the first?

All the data were in a common coordinate system?  Extents limited ?

Sharing just inside, or outside your organization?

Since you mention install, perhaps these may have to be tried

Perform an ArcGIS pro Soft Reset

Perform a Clean Uninstall and Reinstall of ArcGIS Pro

or see if someone else can package the map

or Tech Support... they may have more suggestions
