Hi,

I have a scenario where multiple users of UN have created Feature Templates including Group Templates in ArcGIS Pro 2.3.3. GIS administrator wants to consolidate all individually created feature templates into a single Pro Project. Is it possible to export/import feature templates between Pro projects?

Cheers,

Vish

Hi Vish,

Check out this post: Saving Editing Template to use in other Projects

This comment is the important part: https://community.esri.com/message/821672-re-saving-editing-template-to-use-in-other-projects?commen...

In summary, a layer file or map file will bring along feature templates. For group templates, as long as all of the layers that were used to create the group template are saved in a layer file or map file, it should work. This means if you want use a layer file, you should first create a Group Layer that contains all of those layers that make up the group template, and save the layer file from it.

Reference:

Save a layer file—ArcGIS Pro | ArcGIS Desktop

Save a map file—ArcGIS Pro | ArcGIS Desktop

Does this help?
