Hi, is there way to improve ArcPro generated service area map with the actual drive time data? In the given geographical context vehicle speed varies depending on the road surface quality (thus it's not a single barrier), and the road surface quality is changing in time.
I would like to create map that gives better approximation of service areas than the generated one.
