After performing a service area network analysis of some data, some of the points I analyzed returned jagged, strange polygons instead of normal polygons for their extents. Zooming in shows that they are in fact polygons, but completely outside the bounds of where the analysis should be done. I believe the error is related to the "split" setting I used on them, in the output geometry section, but I need to have that on for my analysis, so I cannot change that setting.
