Select by attribute issue

Hello,

I'm having an issue where my attribute by selection returns results that are off by one. I have one less result than I should be getting. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm using the latest version of the software.

so you will have to elaborate on your process and what your query is and why there is one that isn't selected
