Do Vector Tile Packages support labels that have Rotation based on an attribute field? example:
I have street addresses (point feature class) that placed inside each parcel and rotated depending on the orientation of the parcel polygon. The address labels are rotated based on a value in the attribute field named "RotAngle".
When I create a Vector Tile Package, share it, and open it in the AGOL Map Viewer Classic or Map Viewer, the some labels are flipped upside down, others look same as in Pro.
I went here and did not find any specific reference if Vector Tile Packages support Label Rotation:
