I'm trying to develop a workflow in Pro to convert our registered voter list with precinct, party, race, and ethnicity fields (an ArcGIS REST service table that is updated nightly that I've added to Pro) to a voter demographic statistics table broken down by precinct that will also be updated nightly. I have no experience with Pivot tables and there don't seem to be as many options for them in Pro as in Excel. I have also been trying to bring the REST service table into Excel to create the Pivot table and publish to AGO, but ran into issues with getting the table from the REST service. Any help with either doing this in Pro or Excel would be greatly appreciated. My end goal is to create a Voter Demographics dashboard using our precinct map and the statistics table.
