Representative Fraction on ArcPro?

Hello!

I'm very new to ArcPro and am still trying to get the hang of the new layout.

One thing I cannot figure out is how to get a kind of representative fraction scale.

For my work, they want the scale to simply be "1 inch = XX feet". In my past maps on ArcMap the text is dynamic and changes according to zoom.

In ArcPro, I've figured out how to get a scale bar with "1 inch = XX feet", but when I try to get rid of the bar itself, the text disappears. I can't figure this out and it's driving me nuts! Any suggestions?

(Just want the text, no scale bar!)

I also tried to locate how to insert an absolute (verbal) scale. Finally I went to the Dynamic Text button and found the options to insert a Relative Scale and other scales you might be looking for.
