Do any of you experience when you tried to exit ArcGIS Pro. Its takes a bit longer to exit when you work with a few or lots of DWG files ?

Is this a known bug or is it takes some time for the ArcGIS Pro to process remove each DWG entries at a time ?

If the data are all locally stored on your computer, it shouldn't.

There are no bugs listed on the public facing support site.

On network but all of my DWG files are within the same folder that I bring them to Pro.

networks complicate any solution, but if Robert's "save-as" suggestion doesn't pan out, try moving your cad data to your local machine, then compare

I have not heard of this personally but one thing to try is do a "save as" for a new *.aprx file.  Close ArcGIS Pro.  Load the new *.aprx. Close ArcGIS Pro.  Does the latency still exist?

Yeah I save as a new project file with DWG_Georeference and test it with a few DWG files... I removed them and then exit .  It exited very quickly....

I had a different project with a different name.  I looked at the importlog...and it has 173 of them... Would that be the reason for taking a while to exit ?  Just thought  about that.

Could be.  You can test by removing 1/2 of the files, save as, and exit the app.  What's the timing?  If zippy fast, then maybe there's a magic number where ArcGIS Pro may have an issue?
