Hi,

I downloaded the trial version and I registered and activate with the e-mail instructions. When I try to log It says that the program is not active, I try to activate it again, but said that is already active. I uninstalled again do the same process but same problem.

With the trial version, you get Installation Support from Esri Support Services.  I'd recommend calling them at 888-377-4575
