Hello I need some help with ArcGIS pro on the desktop, all my layers have a red exclamation mark and when I try and fix the broken source there is nothing in the folders, I have this problem before but it seemed to fix itself but its been like this for a week now.

Any help would be realy appreciated

Thank you

Have you checked your connections? Red exclamation points usually mean a broken connection

Yeah they are not connected for some reason, but the files havent changed and are still there and functional

you may have to remove the connection where your files are stored and then reconnect to it. Like refresh the connection

Are you remote working?  Is there a VPN in the mix?

Also, could you take a screenshot of you properties of one of these broken links?

Hi @Willoh

Potentially it's because of OneDrive, you may want to consider moving them to a local location on the machine rather than on the cloud to ensure that the connection doesn't break.

Ok thank you,

How do I circumvent the onedrive?

and will I have to re do them one by one?

If you move the folder with your content from OneDrive onto a local location on your machine, when you repair one of the items, ArcGIS Pro should recognise that the other content is in the same file structure and repair the rest of them as well.
