Rasters symbolizing as DRA when it is set to dataset

I am using ArcGIS Pro 3.6.0 (the newest version my organization has made available). 

I am looking at a raster symbolized with stretch. I have it set for statistics = dataset, and a couple times this has happened: it starts working fine, but after a few clicks around the map, the behavior switches to how it would behave if it were set to DRA but it still shows stats being set to dataset.

I've worked around this issue for myself by using unique values instead of stretch but wanted to report it as a bug, however because my organization uses concurrent use licenses I cannot submit a bug report myself as we don't have individual user accounts (this is my personal account).

You should have an admin/authorised caller for your organisation, I would recommend reaching out to them and raise a support ticket with your distributor who will help test and determine the next steps for documenting this issue. (If there is not one in place please have it arranged to get this addressed) 

You can be included in on the case, just not log it yourself by the sounds of things.
