Raster stretch legend with labels not well-aligned

The labels of my raster legend are badly aligned to the colorramp. I need the labels to be positioned at the extremities of the patch and don't know how to do this without converting it into graphics, which is then not positioning the label at the correct horizontal position.

I have a raster with stretch symbology and use Min/Max stretch with custom min & max values. I also use the "Advance Labeling" option for the additional ticks in between and need those to align correctly as well.

How do I align the colorramp labels to the extremities without converting the legend into a graphic?
