Raster image not displaying at certain scale

I have add around 2631 rasters files to mosaic dataset and published it to portal but after publishing it portal i am getting checker box at certain scale. There is no issue  when in loaded mosaic dataset from GDB  in ArcGIS pro, i am facing issue only after publishing it to portal

and while defining and building overview i am getting below message .I am not sure whether this message causing any issue or what
