Question about Export Features ?

Whenever I tried to export features from a layer , it takes a while for it to open and running before it can settle it down ?

I am curious as why does it do that ?

For example,  you have a layer and you select a feature that you want to export it, That is where it takes a while to open it and settle it down ( meaning when it is finished before you can fill it out the blanks )

Just ignore the venting portions, there are "some" salient points as to why things may be slower.  But who is in a rush now

Yes I can see that... i will check what my computer has ... I did in fact clear out the geoprocessing history but still it has not helped...

our agency is on network.

And Ugh hmmmm.... is it the "cloud" suppose to be faster ???  ha ha ha
