I am trying to create a print service to be able to use my own map templates in my web application.
I have been working through the Tutorial: Publishing additional services for printing.
I have created my templates in ArcGIS Pro 2.1
I have registered the folder with ArcGIS Server.
I ran Toolboxes > Server Tools > Printing > Export Web Map Tool
I then ran Toolboxes > Server Tools > Printing > Get Layout Templates Info
The next step in the tutorial is to click share on the ArcGIS Pro ribbon bar and select the Export Web Map results from the Geoprocessing Tool.
When I do this, I get the Geoprocessing Package (Share as a Geoprocessing Package) tool instead of the Service Editor as the tutorial indicates.
What am I missing here? Any help on what I have missed would be appreciated.

Hi there,
ArcGIS Pro cannot publish a service directly to ArcGIS Server. Thus, it is logical that it cannot publish printing service.
In the tutorial page Tutorial: Publish additional services for printing in ArcMap—Documentation | ArcGIS Enterprise it is explicitly said in the french version that we can publish from a .pagx template... but in the english version it's been removed.
According to this : Share a print service web tool with custom layouts from ArcGIS Pro—Documentation (10.5) | ArcGIS Ent...
you should look in Analysis > History > then roght clik on Export Web map
It works only with ArcGIS Enterprise >= 10.6
