I am using ArcGIS pro 2.0 with 3D analyst extension, and i have created a tin layer including elevation data.

But i have no idea why the profile graph is showing zero ? The blue profile line is created by ready-to-use tools "Profile"

When i was using ArcMap, profile can be created by using 3D analyst toolbar.

Thanks.

June... you should mark the question answer with the answer that worked.

As for the 10 points issue... since it only took 10 points to produce the line, it has captured all the inflection point, so adding more won't add anything.

If you insist on doing this anyway, you will have to densify the polyline (there is a Geodetic Densify in the same area)

Explode to points as before, repeat the calculations and redo the length.

Sooooo, if the extra points won't improve the graph, I see little point
