I understand, but when installed, the information I did not create the site. Perhaps it is automatically created?
I have this issue too
Did you already go through How to Manage Your ArcGIS Pro License with ArcGIS Online ?
Yes, We have 6 concurrent standard licenses. It shows only 3 pro on authorizations. i know 3 have been set up for our license manger. i was thinking i should see 3 on AGOL yet but there are not any shown. I don't even see a chart that says pro authorization in AGOL.
Hillary, I think that the next best step would be to contact Customer Service to sort out which customer account your subscription is associated with, and check to make sure the number of licenses is correct and that those are active. I would do that (Customer Service) before technical support.
I'd recommend calling Esri Support Services to get this resolved - their phone number is 1-888-377-4575http://support.esri.com/contact-tech-support
So I turned to the regional office of the support (I live in Ukraine). They reported that they can not solve this issue because there is no access to my account. The reason is that I bought a license directly on the site. In representation advised to refer to the main support center. I am here just do not understand where to write.
Could you explain how you bought the licence from the site? Thanks.
On website http://www.esri.com/software/arcgis/arcgis-for-personal-use fulfilling every item made a deal to purchase presonal license and paid for it. Got in my mail confirmation of payment. After received a letter referring to my.esri for further activation, where he received the activation file ArcGIS Desktop 10.1-10.5, which is activated and works well. More I received no links or activation. Therefore, after the installation and attempts to activate ArcGIS PRO response I got. "Public Account user cannot access this application ArcGIS Pro" So I had to ask for help. As a result, have found that I can not access My Organization at http://www.arcgis.com/home/index.html, so I can not access to ArcGIS Pro.
You should have received a separate email asking you to create your ArcGIS Online Named User Account.
