Hi, I'm having a problem to share my annotation layer as feature layer. On the content pane it only appers to be adding the annotation layer to Map Image and not to feature layer.

@YulissaCamacho

Try turning your annotations into Layer Tile (tpkx) and then adding that to your Web Map.
The annotations will act as a raster tile image, which means you wont be able to edit or delete them without referencing back to your original feature class- making the edits- and republishing the tpkx.
Unless you have an Enterprise License- this tpkx will cost credits to store in AGO. I have almost 500,000 annotations being stored as credits and it cost me ~$100 per month. It isn't a lot, but worth mentioning.

I've previously logged an enhancement for the Ability to Publish Feature Class Annotations as Hosted Feature Layers, which may be beneficial to your workflow as well.
