Points not Plotting past Zero Meridian

Anyone see this before. 

The points are not showing up on the map. They are there in the attribute table and when I click on the record in the Attribute table it zooms be to the correct location but nothing is there. 

Everything to the East of the Zero Meridian shows up. 

Seems weird.

So you have a mix of positive and negative 'X' values? or how were they originally designated (-ve for East, +ve for West, if the coordinates are in decimal degrees and a GCS (geographic coordinate system)

Zero meridian is 0 degrees longitude can we assume?
