PDFToTIFF Error

I'm having an issue in a Python Pro script when looping a list of PDF files and converting to TIF with PDFToTIFF. If the PDF has revisions, it causes a fatal error. If I revert to a revision and save to a new PDF it works fine. I'm using Pro 3.3.0

This doesn't happen if I use the Desktop version of arcpy but all the images are rotated even though they are not in the PDF.
