[Pairwise Buffer] Why is my measured distance different than the processed distance?

Hello,

I've noticed a slight discrepancy in one of my processes while using the buffer tool in ArcGIS Pro.

In short - I'm putting in a specific number as the buffer distance, but after measuring it, both in Map and Layout view, the distances don't match.

I've attached a screenshot - any help is appreciated.

Solution - Coordinate system was wrong... I don't know why it changed, but now I know I'll have to double check my project files now... (all of them)
