Seems to be a new issue, do not have server, so periodically "overwrite Web Layer" for most updated data in AGOL.
Recent upgrade to ArcPro 3.1.1 and now when doing an overwrite the symbology is monochrome any colors are lost, that previously exported across no issues.
Not sure if this a ArcPro issue or AGOL issue, but is new in the past week.

Hi @JLyon,
It looks like you are viewing the web layer in Classic Map Viewer. If you click Open in Map Viewer at the top corner, does the web layer draw with the desired symbology in the newer Map Viewer?
If you want to still use Classic Map Viewer, you can check the Use symbol types compatible with all clients option when configuring web feature layers. This option was added in ArcGIS Pro 3.1 and enabling it converts ArcGIS Pro symbols to web symbols that can be rendered by most older applications.
Please see the following help topic for more info: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/sharing/overview/configure-web-feature-layer.htm
Hope this helps,
Jonah

Thanks for the information. I had only recently upgraded to 3.1.1 so did not realize I missed some of intricacies that changed. I am a fan of the classic viewer, so looks like my old self needs to adjust again and begin using the newer viewer. Appreciate the solution and information
